2017 Holiday Season

For many of us, the holiday season is a time for family and friends, with fun gatherings, lots of food and many reasons to celebrate. But for those experiencing homelessness, the holiday season can be an entirely different story, one of loneliness and isolation. Many of our community members don’t have anywhere to go this holiday season, and we believe it’s really important for the Winnipeg community, who is quite well known for its generosity, to show how much they care and help us provide for those who don’t really have very much.

This year, we are aiming to ensure that our over 200 community members each wake up to their very own gift on Christmas morning and you can help! Please consider donating any of the following items to help us reach our goal:

  • Brushes & combs

  • Chocolates
  • Deodorant
  • Emergency blankets
  • Feminine products
  • Fleece blankets
  • Fuzzy socks
