Main Street Project Van Patrol Brings Warmth to Homeless

The Main Street Project van patrol is out for the first time in six years. We have joined forces with the Downtown Winnipeg BIZ Community Homeless Assistance Team to cruise the city’s North End and downtown streets overnight. We invited the CBC along for the ride.
